To fund out the meanings of a word. The law says:"The landlord can retain the tenant possession upoto 28 days" What the means of retain is. Does the landlord keep the tenant possessions at the premises rented by the tenant or removes them from the hoiuse and store them somewhere elase? How long after after the frame time given by the court the landlord can act? Does the landlord got the right the remove possession without listing possession in front of baillifs?

We're an online foreign exchange company that has been recently impacted by a decision from our bank to remove access to our foreign currency accounts. We're seeking a legal firm specialising in financial/regulatory matters to assist us in responding to the decision by our bank. The decision our bank has made is similar to what HSBC has done to their own money services business clients, and will materially impact on our ability to trade, since these accounts are written in to our FSA (now FCA) submission for authorisation.
